Since 2018, we have been accompanying and supporting you in your projects at home and abroad from Bern and Valais. Many years of experience in infrastructure, power plant, industrial and building construction coupled with consistent further training enable us to take on mandates in leadership, project management and mediation in difficult situations.

Overall project management and client support

We guide you through complex projects – in a targeted, structured manner and in the interests of our clients. Our support creates an overview, security and clarity in every project phase.

Negotiations / contract and supplementary management

We support you in the implementation of your contractual interests in connection with subsequent financial claims and in the enforcement of your warranty and defect rights. As part of contract management, we monitor the provision of services in compliance with the agreed costs.
